Choice For Life
Choice for Life was to be an insurance comparison website, which compared different providers and plans and reviewed them.
Problem
To build an online platform for insurance products and plans comparisons. At the time the client was using excel files and could only advise clients face-to-face.
Solution
This was a large content site with many pages of information. We agreed upon Wordpress and used Woocommerce ecommerce plugin for product information and product reviews. There was a CSV upload functionality which added data from csv files to custom database tables. The website the displayed the results from these custom tables and a user could search through the plans.
A user could also answer a series of questions and then be presented with a set of results depending on how they answered the questions.
*Due to the client running out of money the site was never put live.
